When scheduling an appointment, we kindly request a non-refundable downpayment. This downpayment is an integral part of the treatment cost and serves as a commitment from both sides.

Please note the following:

The downpayment is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances

If you arrive too late for your appointment, cancel within less than 48 hours, or if the treatment can’t be performed due to personal circumstances, the downpayment will be forfeited.

The downpayment is not a deposit; it’s a vital step to secure your appointment and ensure your commitment to attend.

We understand that plans may change, and you can reschedule your appointment. We will honor your downpayment by offering an alternative treatment or accommodating a date that suits you better.

Information about package deals with multiple sessions:
Non refundable, can be exchanged for other treatments.

If you miss one session without rescheduling in time you can buy 1 more session for the same price per treatment as it was in the package. 

If the package is 8 sessions for £800.

You can then buy 1 session for 800/8 = £100 , while  the missed session is lost
