I am Skarlet — Venezuelan-born, internationally trained PMU and aesthetic specialist based in Queens Park, Bournemouth. I have been doing this work since 2017, trained by some of the most respected masters in the industry, and I hold a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.
My philosophy has always been the same: permanent makeup should never be a mask. It should be a whisper. I work for that moment when you look in the mirror and say “Oh wow — is that really me?”
