

⚠️I wanted to take a moment to chat about our policy of non-shows and down payments.⚠️
We get it; life can be unpredictable, and schedules change. But here’s why we have this policy in place:
When a client doesn’t show up or cancels last minute, it’s not just about our time but yours too. We want to ensure we’re both committed to our appointments.
If you’ve paid for your sessions and scheduled a slot, we’ll be there waiting for you. If you can’t make it, that time is lost, and we can’t help someone else in need.
We’re not trying to take your money, but we do take our treatments seriously. It’s all about fostering commitment, respect, and fairness for everyone.
This policy extends to PMU (Permanent Makeup) as well. If a client comes in “hangover,” it affects the treatment and our schedules. So, we kindly charge a £50 fee for this situation and re-schedule the treatment.
