⚠️I wanted to take a moment to chat about our policy of non-shows and down payments.⚠️

We get it; life can be unpredictable, and schedules change. But here’s why we have this policy in place:

When a client doesn’t show up or cancels last minute, it’s not just about our time but yours too. We want to ensure we’re both committed to our appointments. Please, note that this policy applies for client who booked one day before as we expect you the following day. 

If you’ve paid for your sessions and scheduled a slot, we’ll be there waiting for you. If you can’t make it, that time is lost, and we can’t help someone else in need. (Applies to any reasons: illness, family accident, etc. Will be simply a lost appointment)

We’re not trying to take your money, but we do take our treatments seriously. It’s all about fostering commitment, respect, and fairness for everyone.

This policy extends to PMU (Permanent Makeup) as well. If a client comes in “hangover,” it affects the treatment and our schedules. So, we kindly charge a £50 fee for this situation and re-schedule the treatment.

We would like to inform you about our policy regarding payments and commitments for body sculpting treatments and courses as well.

If you have paid for a package but are unable to continue with the treatment for any reason, you are required to settle the full payment as agreed upon before resuming sessions.

Failure to do so will result in the suspension of treatment until the outstanding balance is cleared.

This policy is in place to ensure mutual commitment and to prevent any unnecessary loss of time for both parties involved. Note that once a part of the payment it’s done, there is -No refund Of any kind.

Please note that for permanent makeup treatments, follow-up sessions are not included in the initial treatment package. The final results may vary due to various factors beyond our control. Should you require follow-up sessions, please consult with Skarlet, and please be aware that additional charges may apply even after “annual” touch ups when client normally needs only one (all skins are different).

Furthermore, it is important to understand that all treatments may come with potential side effects such as bruises, muscle discomfort, redness and the healing process. We encourage you to address any concerns you may have and familiarize yourself with the information provided on our website before undergoing any treatments.

Once a treatment has been completed, refunds will not be issued. This policy applies to all services, including tattoos and body sculpting.

It is imperative that clients adhere to the provided instructions for aftercare. However, it is important to acknowledge that results may vary from person to person due to individual aftercare practices and body reactions.

To achieve optimal results, clients must also maintain healthy living habits and follow the aftercare instructions provided. Please keep in mind that certain factors may be beyond our control. Therefore, it is essential to have realistic expectations before booking any appointments.
