How bookings work
Simple, clear and fair. Please read this before booking — it protects both of us.

Pay a deposit to bookA non-refundable deposit is required to secure every PMU appointment. This is part of your treatment cost — not an extra charge. No deposit = no booking.

No refunds — everThe deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason — including personal circumstances, health issues, or if the treatment cannot be performed on the day.

48 hours notice to rescheduleGive me at least 48 hours notice and your deposit moves to your new date — no problem. Less than 48 hours, a no-show, or arriving too late to complete treatment = deposit is lost.

You can reschedule or transferWith 48h+ notice your deposit transfers to a new date, a different treatment of the same value, or even to another person. I will always work with you.
Treatment duration — please arrive on time: Brow treatments approx 2 hours · Lip Blush approx 3 hours · Other treatments vary. Late arrivals that prevent us from completing your treatment are treated as a cancellation.
Results: Results may vary skin to skin. The client is responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. I cannot guarantee identical results for every individual skin type.

Before you book
Who is not suitable for treatment
For your safety and the safety of your result. Please read this carefully before booking. If you are unsure about any of these conditions, please message me before your appointment.
Cannot be treated if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have an active infection, irritation, cuts, acne or sunburn in the treatment area
Have an active cold sore (lip blush)
Are currently unwell or sick
Are on antibiotics — wait at least 7 days after finishing
Are prone to keloid scarring
Have a known allergy to pigments or numbing agents
Doctor approval required if you:
Have uncontrolled diabetes
Have an autoimmune condition
Have a compromised immune system
Are undergoing chemotherapy or medical treatments
Are taking strong acne medication (e.g. Isotretinoin / Accutane)
Are taking blood-thinning medication
Important to know
Botox or fillers must be done at least 2 weeks before or after your appointment
Chemical peels, laser or microneedling must be avoided 4 weeks before treatment
Photosensitising medications may affect suitability for laser — please check with your GP
Always inform me of any medical conditions, allergies or medications before booking
Before booking, please ensure your health conditions are suitable for proper healing and treatment results
Realistic expectations
What you should know
PMU is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo — the skin is opened, which means proper aftercare is essential. Here is what I need every client to understand before we begin:
Results vary by skin typeMixed and oily skin types may retain pigment differently and may require more frequent touch-ups. I will assess your skin at your consultation and set realistic expectations for your specific skin type.
A touch-up is part of the processA touch-up is recommended 6–8 weeks after brows or lip blush. This is not a correction — it is the second step of the treatment. The healing process always affects how much pigment remains and where adjustments are needed.
Risk of infection exists with poor aftercareSPMU is a type of tattoo where the skin is opened. Infection is possible with poor aftercare. I have never had a case of infection in my practice — and that is because my clients follow the aftercare instructions carefully. I will give you everything you need.
All tools are new for every clientEvery tool used in your treatment is sterile and used only once. Your safety is my absolute priority.
